BRYNSEION Ceri Fell purchased Crugybar Marged Mai from Scott Gibbons, Tymor. A full sister to CRUGYBAR MABON MAI, she was the dam of the National Foal Show Supreme Champion in 2009 namely Brynseion Morganna MaiCrugybar Martha Morganna Mai now also resides at the Brynseion Stud.

CORSCARON Home to the 2005 mare Crugybar Mirian Mai who was purchased as a foal to assist in the rejuvenation of the stud after Dafydd became more involved, she was shown with success as a yearling and is now a broodmare at the Tregaron based stud.

CWMCERRIG Katy and Peter Rodway own BRYNITHON NORTHERN WIND who sired the 2007 foals at Crugybar and they own CRUGYBAR CARLO MORGANNA MAI who is also at public stud

DERWEN  Along with breeding many of the most influential sires of the last 30 years, Crugybar and Derwen were in fact near neighbours for many years with John, Crugybar walking a certain Master Ifor Lloyd to school on his first day.

DYFFRYNTYWI  With Dai Williams being a grandson of the late Mr Williams, from whom the foundation mare Pennardd Boremai was bought, it was only fitting that Dai should have been involved with the successful showing of many of the Crugybar Stud's first stock.  Dai has his own stud as well as showing for Hadyn & Ang Hudson, Maesyfelin Stud.  Dyffryntywi is also the new home of Crugybar Moira Morganna Mai.

GELER  Guardians to the great stock getter DERWEN DESERT EXPRESS, the sire of many of Crugybar's famous progeny and foundation stock, there are many welsh cob studs that are indebted to the success of Will Facwn in seeing that the very most has been made of this stallion, in addition to his own home bred stallions at stud.

GORNOETH Over the years a number of fillies and mares have been bought in to add to the breeding stock at Crugybar, but of all the studs, it is probably Gornoeth that provided Crugybar stud with the most cherished and eagerly sought purchases.  The stud is now run by Rachel, granddaughter of Jack, founder of the Gornoeth stud.

GWYNFAES Meiron Evans being another grandson of the late Mr Williams, the breeding of Crugybar's foundation mare Pennardd Boremai has of course returned to the stud with their Prince of Wales and many times Supreme Champion and popular stock getter GWYNFAES CULHWCH.

LIDGETT The Hopkins Family from Clitheroe, Lancashire  have very generously leased TREVALLION WELSH MAGIC to the Crugybar Stud for the 2010 season

MAIKA  This stud which is based in France has just purchased their first Crugybar female to add to their carefully selected breeding programme

MOELYPARC A stud based in Flintshire run by Emma Goff who has been kind enough to lease her stallion TREVALLION TOMOS to the Crugybar Stud for 2009

MURRAYHALL  Barry & Helen Hall currently reside in Hertfordshire and have a collection of big moving cobs with the very best of bloodlines. 

RAINHILL WELSH COBS Many thanks to Anthony Booth for allowing so many of his archive photos to be used in the history page of this website. Their website is a tremendous resource for welsh cob fanatics.

RING The new home of NORTHLEACH JACK DANIELS who is the sire of Crugybar Stud's 2009 crop of foals and some of the 2008 youngstock too.

TYBIO An Austrian based stud, Kerstin, who runs the website, owns a black mare called TripleG Rhiannon (CRUGYBAR MERLYN MAB MEGAN MAI x Pentrefelin Rowenan) the dam also being by Crugybar Meg, Kerstin is a big fan of Crugybar Welsh Cobs and really enjoys and makes the most of her welsh cob and also her warmbloods.

TYMOR Home of CRUGYBAR MABON MAI, the sire of their own successful stallions TYMOR THE TRAMP & TYMOR PELE and many other show winning progeny for their stud as well as countless other champion winning stock for many other studs.
